Instructions
- Season the pork chops generously with salt and pepper on both sides.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Sear the pork chops for about 4-5 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through.
- Lower heat and add butter and minced garlic to the skillet.
- Baste the pork chops with the garlic butter for 1-2 minutes, then remove from heat.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately.
