Instructions
- Season pork chops generously with salt and pepper on both sides.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add pork chops and sear for about 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
- Reduce heat to medium, add garlic and butter to the skillet, and spoon the melted butter over the chops.
- Add fresh thyme or rosemary, cook for another minute, basting the pork.
- Remove from heat, let rest for 3 minutes, then serve with lemon wedges and drizzled garlic butter.
