- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 packet garlic seasoning
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Pastry dough or pizza dough
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, cook ground beef until browned and drain excess fat.
- Add garlic seasoning and mix well.
- Roll out pastry dough and spread the cooked beef evenly over it.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese on top of the beef.
- Carefully roll up the dough tightly, then slice into 1-inch thick pieces.
- Melt butter and add minced garlic, brushing it over the rollups.
- Place rollups on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden and cheese is bubbly.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
