Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine warm milk, yeast, and sugar; let sit until frothy, about 5 minutes.
  2. Add melted butter, minced garlic, salt, and flour to the yeast mixture and knead until smooth and elastic.
  3. Cover the dough and let rise in a warm area until doubled in size, about 1 hour.
