- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce
- 1/2 cup chopped vegetables (bell peppers, olives, mushrooms)
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C)..
- Spread pizza sauce evenly over each tortilla.
- Sprinkle with shredded cheese and add chopped vegetables.
- Roll each tortilla tightly and place seam-side down on a baking sheet.
- Brush rolls with olive oil and sprinkle with oregano.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Let cool slightly before slicing and serving.
