Instructions
- In a small saucepan, combine water, butter, sugar, salt, and bring to a boil.
- Add flour all at once, stirring vigorously until dough forms and pulls away from the sides.
- Remove from heat and let cool slightly. Mix in egg until smooth and combined.
- Spoon dough into a piping bag with a star tip.
- Pipe small bite-sized pieces onto a parchment-lined tray.
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C). Air fry churro bites for 8-10 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Toss churro bites in cinnamon sugar while still warm.
- Serve with chocolate sauce drizzled on top and enjoy!
