Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Slice the bell peppers in half and remove seeds.
- In a skillet, cook ground meat with onion and garlic until browned.
- Add taco seasoning and cooked rice if using, mix well.
- Stuff the peppers with the meat mixture, place in a baking dish.
- Top with shredded cheese.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until peppers are tender and cheese is melted.
- Garnish with cilantro and serve with sour cream and salsa.
