Instructions
- Mix flour, baking soda, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Add water and stir to form a dough.
- Shape the dough into small dumplings and set aside.
- Heat broth with curry powder and turmeric in a large pot.
- Add dumplings to the simmering broth and cook until they float and are cooked through, about 10 minutes.
- Stir in soy sauce and garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.
