- 2 tablespoons ranch seasoning mix
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil

- Fresh parsley and extra Parmesan for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, combine chicken pieces with ranch seasoning, minced garlic, Parmesan, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat evenly.
- Thread chicken onto skewers alternately with colorful vegetables if desired.
- Grill skewers for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until chicken is cooked through and slightly charred.
- Remove from grill, garnish with fresh parsley and additional Parmesan, and serve hot.
Notes
For extra flavor, marinate chicken in the mixture for 30 minutes before grilling. Use metal or soaked wooden skewers to prevent burning.
