Instructions
- Temper the chocolate for smooth melting or melt in microwave in short bursts, stirring in between.
- Pour a thin layer of melted chocolate into half-sphere silicone molds, chill until set.
- Repeat to create two halves. Fill one half with mini marshmallows, cocoa powder, and optional candies.
- Seal the two halves together with more melted chocolate, creating a sphere.
- Chill the sphere until firm, then carefully remove from molds.
- To serve, place the sphere in a mug, pour hot milk over it, and watch it melt into a delicious hot chocolate, garnished with sprinkles and candy canes.
