- 24 holiday shortbread cookies
- 2 cups whipped cream or store-bought frosting
- 1 cup crushed peppermint candies
- Red and green sprinkles for garnish
Instructions
- Arrange a layer of cookies at the bottom of a serving dish.
- Spread a layer of whipped cream over the cookies.
- Sprinkle crushed candies on top of the whipped cream.
- Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, ending with whipped cream and sprinkles on top.
- Decorate with additional sprinkles, refrigerate for at least 1 hour, then serve chilled.
