- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup beef broth
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch (optional, for gravy)
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, onion, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well and shape into 1-inch meatballs.
- Place meatballs in the slow cooker. Pour beef broth and Worcestershire sauce over the top.
- Cook on low for 4-6 hours until meatballs are cooked through and tender.
- Optional: To thicken gravy, mix cornstarch with a little water and stir into the slow cooker. Cook on high for 10 minutes until thickened.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.

- You can add sliced mushrooms or caramelized onions for extra flavor.
- Serve with mashed potatoes, rice, or bread for a complete meal.
