- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 packet powdered gravy mix
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Place chicken breasts in the crockpot and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Pour chicken broth over the chicken.
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours until chicken is tender and cooked through.
- Remove chicken and shred with forks.
- Mix gravy mix into the cooking liquid and cook on high for 15 minutes until thickened.
- Serve shredded chicken topped with gravy and garnished with parsley.

- You can add sliced mushrooms or onions for extra flavor.
- Serve over mashed potatoes, rice, or noodles for a complete meal.
