- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cups mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, corn)
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup cooked rice or mashed potatoes
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, cook ground beef and chopped onion over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Mix cooked beef with vegetables, cream of mushroom soup, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the meat mixture in a greased baking dish.
- Top with cooked rice or mashed potatoes, then sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.

- You can customize vegetables or use leftover mashed potatoes for variation.
- For a crispy top, broil for last 2 minutes.
