Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

- Meanwhile, cook rice in chicken broth according to package instructions.
- In a bowl, combine Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, garlic, dill, and lemon juice to prepare tzatziki sauce.
- Serve baked chicken topped with tzatziki sauce alongside fluffy rice and fresh herbs.

- For extra flavor, marinate chicken with some of the tzatziki before baking.
