- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch (optional, for thickening)
Instructions
- Place chicken in the crockpot.
- Mix soy sauce, honey, garlic, ginger, and rice vinegar in a bowl and pour over chicken.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- Optional: Remove chicken and thicken sauce with cornstarch over medium heat, then pour over chicken before serving.
Notes
Adjust honey and soy sauce to taste for sweeter or saltier flavor. Serve with rice or vegetables for a complete meal.
