- 4 chicken breasts or thighs
- 4 small potatoes, diced
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Place chicken and diced potatoes into the crockpot.
- In a bowl, mix garlic, parmesan, heavy cream, butter, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the sauce over the chicken and potatoes.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- Once cooked, shred chicken if desired, and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add a splash of white wine or chicken broth.
- Serve with a side of steamed vegetables or crusty bread.
