Instructions
- Place chicken breasts in the crockpot and season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- Add chicken broth and minced garlic over the chicken.
- Cook on low for 6 hours or until chicken is cooked through.
- Remove chicken, shred it, and return to the crockpot.
- Add tortellini and heavy cream, stir well.
- Cook on high for 20 minutes until tortellini is tender and sauce is creamy.
- Stir in Parmesan cheese and garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
