- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can (15 oz) tomato sauce
- 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes
- 2 cups cooked elbow macaroni
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat, then drain excess fat.
- Add chopped onion and minced garlic to the beef, cooking until softened.
- Transfer the beef mixture to the slow cooker.
- Stir in tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours.
- Stir in cooked pasta before serving, garnish with parsley.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a pinch of red pepper flakes or grated cheese on top. Adjust pasta and seasoning to taste.
