Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 can (15 oz) tomato sauce
  • 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes
  • 2 cups cooked elbow macaroni
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat, then drain excess fat.
  2. Add chopped onion and minced garlic to the beef, cooking until softened.
  3. Transfer the beef mixture to the slow cooker.
  4. Stir in tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours.
  6. Stir in cooked pasta before serving, garnish with parsley.

Notes
