- 2 green onions, chopped
Instructions
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add sliced chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Stir in bell peppers, carrots, and cabbage; cook for 3-4 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp.
- Add cooked noodles, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil; toss to combine and heat through.
- Garnish with chopped green onions and serve hot.
Notes
- Feel free to add mushrooms or snap peas for extra flavor.
- Use cooked and cooled noodles for best results to prevent clumping.
