- 1 (32 oz) bag frozen tater tots
- 1 lb ground beef or turkey
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking dish.
- In a skillet, cook ground meat with chopped onion until browned. Drain excess fat.
- In a bowl, mix cream of mushroom soup, milk, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Spread cooked meat evenly in the prepared dish. Pour soup mixture over meat.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese evenly on top.
- Arrange frozen tater tots over the cheese layer.
- Bake uncovered for 30-35 minutes until bubbly and golden brown. Garnish with parsley before serving.
