- 2 tbsp granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup cinnamon sugar (for coating)
- Cooking spray or oil mister
Instructions
- Bring water, butter, sugar, and salt to a boil in a saucepan over medium heat. Reduce heat and add flour, stirring until a dough forms.
- Transfer the dough to a mixing bowl and mix in eggs one at a time, followed by vanilla until smooth.
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C) and pipe small portions of dough onto a parchment-lined tray.
- Lightly spray churro bites with cooking spray and place in air fryer basket. Air fry for 8-10 minutes until golden.
- Toss churro bites in cinnamon sugar to coat evenly.

- Serve warm with chocolate sauce or caramel dip.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
- For a gluten-free option, substitute gluten-free flour.
