Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Bake pastry squares until golden and crispy. Let cool.
- In a bowl, mix ricotta cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Fold in mini chocolate chips.
- Spread or pipe the ricotta filling onto the cooled pastry squares.
- Dust with powdered sugar before serving. Optional: garnish with additional chocolate chips or zest.
