- 4 medium zucchinis, sliced
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Fresh basil for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Lightly oil a baking dish with olive oil.
- Layer zucchini slices in the dish.
- Spread marinara sauce evenly over the zucchini.
- Sprinkle mozzarella, Parmesan, oregano, and garlic powder on top.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until bubbly and golden.
- Garnish with fresh basil before serving.
Notes
You can add cooked sausage or vegetables for extra flavor. For a lighter version, use part-skim cheese. Serve hot for best taste.
