- 2 cups fresh green peas

Instructions
- Cook the green peas in boiling salted water for 2-3 minutes until tender, then drain.
- In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add cooked peas to the skillet and stir to coat with butter and garlic.
- Season with salt and pepper, then cook for another 2 minutes.
- Remove from heat and sprinkle with fresh herbs before serving.
Notes
For extra flavor, toss in a squeeze of lemon juice or sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese before serving.
