  • 1 pound ground beef or turkey
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 sheet pizza dough or pre-made crust
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup sliced black olives
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • Optional: sour cream and hot sauce for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a large sheet pan with parchment paper or lightly greased.
  2. Cook ground beef or turkey over medium heat until browned. Stir in taco seasoning and a little water as directed. Simmer until thickened.
  3. Spread the pizza dough evenly over the sheet pan, shaping it to the edges.
  4. Spread cooked meat evenly over the dough. Sprinkle generously with shredded cheese.
  5. Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes or until the crust is golden and cheese is bubbly.
  6. Remove from oven, top with lettuce, tomatoes, olives, and green onions. Slice and serve with optional sour cream and hot sauce.
