- 1 sheet vegan puff pastry or pizza dough
- 1 cup vegan shredded cheese
- 1/2 cup marinara sauce
- 1 cup chopped vegan vegetables (bell peppers, spinach, mushrooms)

- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Roll out the vegan puff pastry or dough on a floured surface.
- Spread marinara sauce over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
- Sprinkle shredded vegan cheese evenly over the sauce, then add chopped vegetables and herbs.
- Roll up the dough tightly into a log, then cut into 1-inch slices.
- Place the slices on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, brush with olive oil.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
