Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Arrange tater tots on a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until crispy and golden.
- Remove from oven and sprinkle with shredded cheese and bacon bits.
- Return to oven for an additional 5 minutes until cheese melts.
- Garnish with sliced scallions and serve with sour cream.
