- 1 cup shredded provolone or mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup sautéed bell peppers and onions
- 8 large keto-friendly wraps or low-carb tortillas
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Cook beef until browned and cooked through, season with salt and pepper.
- In the same skillet, sauté peppers and onions until tender.
- Lay out wraps on a flat surface, evenly distribute the cooked beef and sautéed vegetables onto each.
- Sprinkle cheese over the fillings and roll up tightly.
- Place rolls on a baking sheet and bake at 375°F (190°C) for 10-15 minutes until cheese is melted and rolls are crispy.
