- 1 lb thinly sliced beef sirloin or ribeye
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup sliced green bell peppers
- 1/2 cup sliced onions
- 1 sheet puff pastry or keto-friendly dough
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté onions and peppers until tender. Season with salt and pepper.
- Add sliced beef and cook until just browned. Remove from heat.
- Roll out puff pastry on a floured surface. Spread beef mixture evenly over the pastry.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese over the beef layer.
- Roll up the pastry tightly, sealing the edges.
- Cut into 1-inch slices and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
