Instructions

- In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking soda, salt, and ground cinnamon.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to the banana mixture, mixing until just combined.
- Pour half of the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
- Sprinkle the cinnamon-sugar mixture evenly over the batter.
- Top with the remaining batter and swirl gently with a knife to create a marbled effect.
- Bake for 60-70 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely before slicing.
