- 4 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions
- Season the beef bites with salt, pepper, and herbs.
- Place the beef in the slow cooker.
- In a saucepan, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Pour garlic butter over beef in the slow cooker.
- Cook on low for 4-6 hours until tender.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a splash of Worcestershire sauce or soy sauce before cooking. Serve with steamed vegetables or cauliflower rice for a complete meal.
