Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Peeled and cut the sweet potatoes into wedges.
- In a large bowl, toss sweet potato wedges with olive oil, minced garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Arrange the wedges in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, turning halfway, until crispy and golden.
- Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the hot wedges and garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, broil the wedges for an additional 2-3 minutes after baking.
- Feel free to add a dash of chili flakes for some heat.
