Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Place the pie crust in a 9-inch tart pan or pie dish and bake for 8-10 minutes until lightly golden.
- In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk or cream, salt, and pepper.
- Add shredded cheese and chopped vegetables to the egg mixture.
- Pour the filling into the pre-baked crust and bake for 35-40 minutes until set and golden on top.
- Garnish with fresh herbs before serving.
