Instructions
- Place chicken pieces in the crock pot.
- In a bowl, whisk together bourbon, soy sauce, honey, garlic, and ginger.
- Pour the sauce over the chicken in the crock pot.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours until chicken is tender.
- Optional: Mix cornstarch with water to create a slurry, stir into the crock pot, and cook for an additional 15 minutes to thicken sauce.
- Serve hot with steamed rice and garnish with green onions or sesame seeds if desired.
