Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan or cake pan.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
  3. In a large bowl, cream together butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, then vanilla, mixing well after each addition.
  5. Gradually add dry ingredients, alternating with sour cream, beginning and ending with dry ingredients.
  6. Fold in chopped apples and walnuts.
