- 1 sheet of pizza dough or puff pastry
- 1/2 lb cooked chicken breast, sliced
- 4 oz sliced ham
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- 1 egg, beaten
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface into a large rectangle.
- Layer the sliced chicken, ham, and cheese evenly over half of the dough.
- Fold the dough over the filling and seal the edges by pinching them together.
- Brush the top with beaten egg for a golden finish.
- Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
- Allow to cool slightly before slicing and serving garnished with parsley.
Notes
- Feel free to add a dash of garlic powder or Italian herbs to the filling for extra flavor.
- Serve with your favorite marinara sauce for dipping.
