Ingredients

  • 2 lbs cooked chicken breasts, shredded
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 8 slider buns
  • 1/2 cup ranch or blue cheese dressing
  • 1 cup chopped celery
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, toss shredded chicken with buffalo sauce until evenly coated.
  3. Arrange slider buns on a baking sheet and layer with buffalo chicken.
  4. Add cheese if using and bake for 10 minutes until heated through and cheese melts.
  5. Remove from oven and top with ranch or blue cheese dressing, chopped celery, and the top bun.
  6. Serve immediately and enjoy!
