- 2 lbs cooked chicken breasts, shredded
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
- 8 slider buns
- 1/2 cup ranch or blue cheese dressing
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, toss shredded chicken with buffalo sauce until evenly coated.
- Arrange slider buns on a baking sheet and layer with buffalo chicken.
- Add cheese if using and bake for 10 minutes until heated through and cheese melts.
- Remove from oven and top with ranch or blue cheese dressing, chopped celery, and the top bun.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
Notes
- You can prepare the chicken in advance and refrigerate before assembly.
- Adjust spiciness by adding more or less buffalo sauce.
- For a healthier option, use whole wheat buns and light dressing.
