Instructions

- In another bowl, whisk milk, egg, and vanilla. Mix wet into dry until just combined.
- Gently fold in chopped apples.
- Drop spoonfuls of batter onto prepared baking sheet, flatten slightly.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
- Mix powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla to make glaze.
- Drizzle glaze over warm fritters before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add a pinch of nutmeg or ginger to the batter.
