  • 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, ginger, and salt.
  3. In a separate large bowl, cream butter and brown sugar until fluffy. Beat in egg, apple cider, and vanilla.
  4. Gradually add dry ingredients to wet ingredients, mixing until combined.
