  • 8 oz dark chocolate, chopped
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • 3 oz semi-sweet chocolate, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a double boiler, melt butter and dark chocolate until smooth. Let cool slightly.
  3. In a bowl, whisk eggs, sugar, and vanilla until combined. Add the melted chocolate mixture.

  5. In a mixing bowl, whip heavy cream and powdered sugar until stiff peaks form. Fold in melted semi-sweet chocolate.
