Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter until crumbly. Press into the bottom of the prepared pan.
  3. In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, then vanilla, mixing well.
  4. Fold in chocolate chips. Pour over crust and spread evenly.
  5. Bake for 40-45 minutes until the center is set. Let cool completely before slicing.
