- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking pan with parchment paper.
- Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter until crumbly. Press into the bottom of the prepared pan.
- In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, then vanilla, mixing well.
- Fold in chocolate chips. Pour over crust and spread evenly.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes until the center is set. Let cool completely before slicing.
Notes
- For an extra chocolatey treat, sprinkle additional chocolate chips on top before baking.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours for best slicing.
