Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter in a bowl. Press mixture into a 9-inch pie dish to form the crust. Bake for 8-10 minutes, then cool.
- In a mixing bowl, beat ricotta cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and cinnamon until smooth. Fold in mini chocolate chips.
- Pour the filling into the cooled crust and smooth the top. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to set.
- Before serving, drizzle with chocolate sauce and dust with extra powdered sugar if desired. Slice and enjoy!
