Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly grease a baking dish.

- Dip chicken breasts in flour, then eggs, then breadcrumb mixture ensuring even coating.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Brown chicken on both sides until golden, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- Transfer chicken to the prepared baking dish. Spoon marinara sauce over each piece.
- Top with shredded mozzarella cheese and bake for 20-25 minutes or until cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Garnish with fresh basil leaves before serving.
