- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 cups chicken or vegetable broth
- 1 can (15 oz) alfredo sauce
- 8 oz cooked pasta (penne or rotini)
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Fresh basil leaves for garnish
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add chopped onion and cook until translucent.
- Stir in minced garlic and cook for another minute.
- Add broth and alfredo sauce, stirring well to combine.
- Bring to a simmer, then add cooked pasta and Italian seasoning.
- Cook for 5-7 minutes until heated through.
- Ladle into bowls, sprinkle with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese, and garnish with fresh basil.

- You can add cooked sausage or shredded chicken for extra protein.
- Use gluten-free pasta to make it gluten-free.
- Adjust cheese quantities to your taste for a creamier or lighter dish.
