Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
- Add chopped onion and sauté until translucent.
- Stir in minced garlic and cook for 1 minute.
- Add crushed tomatoes, vegetable broth, smoked paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper. Bring to a simmer.
- Add white beans and cook for 15 minutes, allowing flavors to meld.
- Garnish with fresh herbs before serving.
