- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 cups chicken or vegetable broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 package (9 oz) refrigerated tortellini or ravioli
- 1 cup chopped spinach
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Fresh basil leaves for garnish
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Pour in the broth and bring to a boil. Add ravioli and cook according to package instructions, usually 3-5 minutes.
- Reduce heat to low and stir in heavy cream. Add chopped spinach and cook until wilted, about 2 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper. Serve hot, garnished with grated Parmesan and fresh basil leaves.

- Feel free to add cooked chicken or sausage for extra protein.
- Use fresh herbs for best flavor, and adjust cream to preference for richness.
