- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

- Chopped fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat and cook chicken until golden and cooked through, about 6-7 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, sauté garlic until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer, stirring constantly.
- Add Parmesan cheese and stir until sauce thickens.
- Return chicken to the skillet, coat with sauce, and heat through for 2-3 minutes.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.

- Serve with rice or crusty bread to soak up the sauce.
