- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and smoked paprika
- Heat butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat
- Add chicken and cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 6-7 minutes per side
- Remove chicken and set aside
- In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds
- Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer
- Add Parmesan cheese and stir until sauce thickens
- Return chicken to skillet, coat with sauce and cook for an additional 2 minutes
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm
