- 200g spaghetti or your preferred pasta
- 2 cups fresh spinach leaves
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh basil for garnish
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add cherry tomatoes and cook until they start to soften, about 2-3 minutes.
- Stir in spinach and cook until wilted.
- Pour in heavy cream, stir well, and simmer for 2 minutes.
- Add cooked pasta to the skillet, tossing to coat in the sauce.
- Mix in grated Parmesan, season with salt and pepper, and cook for another minute.
- Garnish with fresh basil before serving.

- You can substitute heavy cream with plant-based alternatives for vegan version.
- Add red pepper flakes for a spicy kick.
